Description
The Saro WK 40 is a compact wine-storage cabinet for temperature-controlled storage and clear presentation of wine bottles in restaurants, hotels, bars and wine retail. Five wooden grids hold about 40 standard bottles behind a lockable glass door, and separately switchable white LED lighting presents the bottles discreetly. Digital control covers a temperature range of +5 to +20 °C.
Cooling is forced-air with automatic defrosting and 40 mm insulation; the refrigerant is R600a. The black powder-coated steel housing with black plastic interior measures 485 x 600 x 820 mm externally and weighs 37 kg net / 40 kg gross. Connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.11 kW; energy efficiency class G. The 81-bottle WK 81 and the 163-bottle WK 162 can be selected above.
