Description

The Saro VRX 1200 S/S is a refrigerated table top display with a hinged stainless steel lid, for the chilled provision of GN ingredients in pizzerias, restaurants, takeaway outlets, preparation kitchens and buffet areas. It takes four 1/3 GN containers, or three 1/3 plus one 1/2 GN up to 150 mm deep, GN containers not included. It pairs well with a pizza preparation table underneath.

Digital temperature control (Dixell/Copeland) holds +2 to +8°C with static cooling and a foamed-in evaporator, refrigerant R600a. Connection 0.15 kW, 230 V / 50 Hz; external dimensions 1200 x 395 x 280 mm on 4 adjustable feet, net weight 26.5 kg, gross 36.5 kg. Five further widths in this 1/3 GN lidded range, from 1200 to 2000 mm, can be selected above.
