Description
The Saro VOLANO F 300 VO L is a manual slicer for cutting cold meats and other suitable food in restaurants, delicatessens, butcher shops and retail areas. It is made from aluminium and fire-red stove-enamelled steel, needs no power connection, and has a built-in sharpening device and a ring guard fitted to the 300 mm blade.
Slice thickness can be set up to 2.5 mm across a 230 x 180 mm cutting range. External dimensions are 640 x 930 x 760 mm and net weight is 44 kg.
