Description
The Saro TM10 is a countertop milk heater for restaurants, cafes, breakfast areas, buffets, canteens and catering operations, built to heat and hold milk for regular service. It has a 10 litre boiler capacity, a food-safe stainless steel container and a steel housing.
The lid is removable for filling and cleaning, and a drip-free dispensing tap with drip tray keeps the service area tidy; the thermostat is adjustable to suit the required temperature. It runs on a 230 V, 50/60 Hz, 1.5 kW connection, measures 313 x 423 x 518 mm and weighs 12 kg net (13.5 kg gross).
