Description
The Saro THERMO 48 ECO combines two brewing units in one housing, each with its own 2.5 litre stainless steel pump jug, for about 2 x 16 cups. Brewing takes about 10 minutes at 93 to 96 degrees C, with dry-run protection on both sides, for restaurants, hotels, breakfast areas and canteens with higher coffee demand.
Housing and basket filter holders are stainless steel, and the two brewing units share a single power cord with a Schuko plug. Connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, 3.1 kW; external dimensions are 405 x 410 x 560 mm, net weight 13.5 kg, gross weight 15 kg. Saro basket filter papers, sold separately, fit this machine.
