Description
The Saro Salad Bar SB-K 230 keeps cold dishes chilled for restaurants, hotels, canteens, catering operations and buffet or self-service areas. It holds 6 GN 1/1 containers (not included) in a 304 stainless steel tub, under a fixed glass sneeze guard, with a plate shelf, lighting and a drain valve, on castors. The housing is finished in white, with a 17 cm thick black granite top.
It uses a thermostat-controlled static cooling system with R290 refrigerant, for a temperature range of 0 to +10 °C. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.57 kW; external dimensions 2300 x 880 x 1350 mm, net weight 275 kg, gross 335 kg. The SB-K 130, SB-K 170 and SB-K 200 can be selected above.
