Description

The Saro SAS-5001 is a stainless steel cutlery polishing machine for restaurants, hotels, commercial kitchens, canteens and catering operations, drying, polishing and removing limescale marks from cleaned cutlery fully automatically at up to 8000 pieces an hour. Illuminated indicators show when the polishing granulate or the UV-C sterilising lamp needs changing.

It connects to a single-phase 230 V, 50 Hz supply and draws 1.2 kW in total, from a 0.3 kW motor and a 0.9 kW heating resistor. External dimensions are 630 x 693 x 783 mm, extending to 800 mm deep with the front flap open, and it weighs 130 kg net, 140 kg gross. Polishing granulate (art. 28-3500 or 28-3505) is sold separately; Saro also makes the smaller MAGDA model in the same range, at 3000 pieces an hour.
