Description

The Saro PW23 is a pizza turner for lifting, turning and removing pizza, pide or similar baked goods at the oven, built for pizzerias, takeaway outlets, commercial kitchens and catering operations. The ridged shovel is 230 mm, a step up from the PW20, and a sliding handle lets the operator adjust reach at the oven.

The stainless steel and polymer construction is impact and shock resistant, on a 1200 mm stick. Net weight is 0.7 kg. The smaller PW20 can be selected above.
