Description
The Saro PT-36K is a compact pizza peel for lifting, turning and removing pizza at the oven, built for pizzerias, takeaway outlets, commercial kitchens and catering operations. The head is perforated aluminium, 360 x 360 mm, on a shorter handle for tighter work areas.
The head is joined to the handle with three rivets for a stable connection, and total length is 1000 mm. Net weight is 0.55 kg.
