Description

The Saro PT-230 is a larger pizza cutter for restaurants, pizzerias, takeaway outlets, catering operations and professional kitchens. Its double-sided, durable blade has a diameter of 100 mm, and the heat-resistant polymer handle, rated to 200 °C, supports safe handling near warm work areas.

Overall dimensions 460 x 230 mm; weight 0.4 kg net, 0.19 kg gross. Saro notes it works well on a suitable cutting surface such as the Saro pizza tray PT-450/6.
