Description
The Saro PRO 100 dishwasher detergent is formulated for professional dishwashers in restaurants, commercial kitchens, hotels, canteens and catering operations, cleaning chinaware, glasses and cutlery. It is not suitable for aluminium or aluminium alloys.
The 10 litre container measures 420 x 460 x 600 mm and weighs 9 kg net, 12 kg gross. It is corrosive to metals and causes severe skin and eye burns, so gloves, eye protection and good ventilation are needed when handling it. The PRO 200 rinse aid (art. 408-2005) is sold as a companion product in the same line.
