The Saro PM-84 STANDARD is a mobile plate-stacking system for staging plated dishes, bowls or platters during banquet, buffet and catering service, holding up to 84 plates so food can be kept ready without occupying worktop space. Made of non-rusting materials. It is a freestanding, non-folding unit on its own base.
It runs on 4 wheels, 2 fitted with brakes, and the supports adjust to fit different plate and dish shapes. External dimensions 650 x 650 x 1870 mm, net weight 30 kg, gross 34 kg.
