Description
The Saro PAROS is a milk cooler designed as an auxiliary unit for coffee machines, giving continuous milk refrigeration in cafés, hotels, offices and self-service areas. It holds a usable volume of 8.5 litres, or takes the optional 4.5 litre milk container, behind a lockable glass door with a powder-coated black steel housing and white ABS interior. Digital control keeps the temperature between 0 and 4 °C, shown on a display on top of the housing.
Cooling is by air circulation with an internal DC fan and a separate condenser fan in the base, with automatic defrosting; hose entry openings on both sides allow flexible positioning next to the coffee machine. It stands on four adjustable feet. Connection is 230 to 240 V, 50 Hz, 0.063 kW; overall dimensions are 220 x 450 x 455 mm (interior 160 x 190 x 280 mm), and net weight is 13.5 kg (17 kg gross).
