Description

The Saro P100 is a 10 mm French-fry disc for the Saro CARUS and TITUS vegetable cutters, part of Saro's accessory range of grating, slicing, julienne, dicing and French-fry discs for professional preparation kitchens. It cuts potatoes and similar vegetables into 10 mm French-fry strips when fitted to the machine's disc mount.

It is food-safe and designed only for the CARUS and TITUS machines. Net weight 0.4 kg (0.7 kg packed). Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent only; abrasive cleaners are not suitable. The Saro SST rack (sold separately) stores up to eight discs together.
