Description
The Saro NIKOS is a professional drop-in induction stove with four 5 kW cooking zones on a glass ceramic hob, set into two stainless steel cabinets with doors for under-counter storage. Each zone is controlled by its own knob with a choice of power or temperature display, heating from 60 to 240 °C, and a 3 cm rear backsplash contains spills. Optimal pot diameter is 160 to 260 mm, and electronic overheating protection is built in.
It is supplied with cable but no plug and stands on 4 height-adjustable feet. Connection 400 V, three-phase, 50 to 60 Hz, 20 kW; external dimensions 800 x 700 mm, height 830 to 870 mm without the backsplash; each cabinet interior 350 x 570 x 390 mm; net weight 74.8 kg, gross 91.8 kg.
