Description
The Saro MM5 PV is a single glass-door upright refrigerator for professional kitchens, available in a stainless steel or a white plastic-coated steel housing, and suitable for GN 2/1 or 600 x 400 mm trays with an optional kit. The self-closing door has LED interior lighting that switches separately, and four adjustable grids (W 650 x D 530 mm) hold 525 litres gross (455 litres net); the interior is white plastic. A digital controller holds +1 to +8 °C, and the unit is rated for climate class 4.
Cooling is a circulation fan with automatic defrost. Connection is 230 V / 50 Hz, 0.22 to 0.24 kW, on R600a refrigerant; external dimensions are 750 x 740 (+45) x 1900 mm, on 4 castors plus 2 adjustable feet. Net weight is 108 kg (122 kg gross) in stainless steel or 104 kg (118 kg gross) in white; it is available as the stainless steel MM5 A PV or the white MM5 PV.
