Description
The Saro MM5 N PV is a reach-in freezer from the MM5-N series, for storing larger quantities of frozen food in restaurants, commercial kitchens, bakeries and food-processing facilities, in a white plastic-coated steel finish. The white plastic interior holds six fixed evaporator shelves of 650 x 510 mm across seven compartments, behind a self-closing glass door with separately switchable LED lighting built into the door. Gross capacity is 525 L, net 442 L, within a temperature range of -18 to -22 °C, suitable for climate class 4.
It runs on static cooling with manual defrost and digital temperature control, on a 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.345 kW connection with R290 refrigerant, on four castors plus two levelling feet. External dimensions are 750 x 740 (+45) x 1900 mm, internal 650 x 538 x 1480 mm, net weight 117 kg and gross weight 131 kg.
