Description
The Saro LUCIA is an upright refrigerated display case for the chilled presentation of food, desserts, cakes, beverages and other goods in restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hotels, buffet areas and retail environments. The stainless steel housing is triple glazed on all four sides, with the door and controls on one side, and three adjustable, chrome-plated shelves (705 x 559 mm) organise the 550 litre gross capacity, 387 litres net. LED interior lighting is separately switchable.
Cooling uses a fan system with digital temperature control and automatic defrost, holding +2 to +12 °C and suitable for climate class 4; the refrigerant is R290. Four castors, two lockable, allow repositioning. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.46 kW; internal dimensions 750 x 538 x 1150 mm; external dimensions 850 x 650 x 1908 mm; net weight 192 kg, gross weight 210 kg. The smaller LEONIE, at 400 litres, shares the same design.
