Description
The Saro LQ FTE2BAL is an electric griddle plate from Saro's 900 professional cooking line, suitable for restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens, catering operations and front cooking. It is a floor model with a smooth grill surface in AISI 304 stainless steel, on an open stand.
A stainless steel splash guard and removable grease tray keep the work area clean, and a safety thermostat controls the plate. External dimensions are 400 x 900 x 850 mm, net weight 78 kg (90 kg gross), on a 400 V, 6 kW connection.
