The Saro FINJA is a single-zone countertop induction hob for professional kitchens, taking pans from 12 to 26 cm in diameter. It offers 15 heating levels between 60 and 240 °C, usable with or without the 0 to 180 minute timer, and suits cooking or keeping food warm on buffets. The stainless steel housing has overheating protection.
