This 4 mm grating disc fits the Saro SANTOS 2N cheese grater, for a coarser grate than the 3 mm disc supplied with the machine. It is designed for professional use in restaurants and commercial kitchens.
The disc is stainless steel and weighs 0.2 kg net, 0.5 kg gross. Fit it in place of the standard disc to change the grating size.
