Description
The Saro GPL86 is a gas lava-stone grill from the Saro 600 line, designed for the professional grilling of meat, fish, vegetables and other products in restaurants, steakhouses, snack bars and catering operations. The grilling surface tilts, with a burner on each side at 7 kW, for a total of 14 kW. It comes as standard with a meat grid, and a fish grid and lava stones (1 kg or 6 kg packs) are optionally available. The housing, side splash guard and removable grease collection tray are AISI 304 stainless steel, with a safety valve and thermocouple on the gas line.
It is preset for natural gas H with propane nozzles included, and the connectable design (bridging bars optionally available) lets it link into a longer cooking line. External dimensions are 800 x 600 x 460 mm including the chimney (270 mm without it), net weight 70 kg. The compact GPL46 can be selected above.
