Description

The Saro TOP LINE GN 1/1 perforated container is a stainless steel gastronorm pan for steaming, draining and preparing food in restaurants, catering operations and commercial kitchens, perforated on the base and sides for air and steam circulation. It is 150mm deep with a capacity of 21 litres and is intended for steamers, warming trays and similar equipment, not for storing liquids.

Material is AISI 304 stainless steel for stability, corrosion resistance and a long service life in daily kitchen use. External dimensions are 530 x 325 x 150 mm, net weight 1.08 kg. A matching lid in the same 1/1 size is available separately.
