Description

The Saro GASTROLINE 12V is a single-tank countertop fryer for restaurants, takeaway outlets and commercial kitchens with regular, higher-volume frying needs. The stainless steel tank is rounded with a cold zone and a 200 x 273 x 115 mm basket, and the temperature is continuously adjustable up to 180 °C. The heating element is removable for cleaning, and the drain tap has a removable outlet for oil changes.

The drain tap simplifies oil changes, and the on/off switch and safety thermostat support simple, safe operation. Connection 400 V, 50 Hz, 9 kW; external dimensions 400 x 700 x 420 mm, net weight 14 kg. The floor-standing GASTROLINE 12VS, on its own cabinet, can be selected above.
