Description

The Saro GASTROLINE 12+12VS is a freestanding twin-tank fryer for commercial kitchens, takeaway outlets and restaurants with high frying volumes that need a stable floor-standing appliance. Each stainless steel tank is rounded with its own cold zone and a 200 x 273 x 115 mm basket, and both temperatures are continuously adjustable up to 180 °C independently. The heating elements are removable for cleaning, and each drain tap empties into a stainless steel collection container.

The drain taps and collection containers simplify safe draining, and the on/off switches and safety thermostats support simple, safe operation. Connection 400 V, 50 Hz, 2 x 9 kW; external dimensions 800 x 700 x 950 mm, net weight 54 kg. The countertop GASTROLINE 12+12V can be selected above.
