Description

The Saro FLASHCOOK is a high-speed oven combining convection and microwave technology for rapid preparation, regeneration and heating in chain restaurants, snack bars, cafes, petrol stations and other locations needing short serving times. Both power types adjust in 10% increments, a dual impingement system browns food quickly, and double magnetron technology with inverter control gives constant high power; the 24 litre chamber takes pizzas up to 30 cm across and heats from 93 to 275 °C.

Up to six cooking phases can be combined into one programme, with 1,024 programmes stored across 10 categories and selected on the 8 inch HD touchscreen; recipes import and export over USB. The stainless steel interior has rounded corners and removable air filters, plus chamber lighting; a peel with side guards, a perforated and a solid 300 x 300 mm Teflon basket, a 300 mm round pizza plate and a silicone oven mitt are included. It runs on a 230 V, 50 Hz, 3 kW connection; external dimensions are 402 x 717 x 608 mm and net weight is 60.5 kg.
