Description
The Saro EVC26 is a countertop ceramic cooktop from the 600 Line, for kitchens that want fast, easy-to-clean induction-style cooking without cast iron plates. Two separately adjustable infrared cooking zones, rated 1.8 kW and 2.5 kW, heat the continuous safety glass surface to up to 300 degrees C, set in an AISI 304 stainless steel housing.
It connects to 400 V, 50/60 Hz, 3-phase at 4.3 kW, and the connectable design lets it be joined to other 600 Line units with optional bridging bars. External dimensions are 400 x 600 x 270 mm, 460 mm including the chimney, and net weight is 21 kg. The larger 4-zone EVC46 can be selected above.
