Description
The Saro EVA is a compact built-in induction plate for pots up to 200 mm in diameter, run from a separate control unit on a connecting cable with touchscreen operation, an LED display and 9 heating levels between 60 and 100 °C. Overheating protection is built in, and it suits gentle cooking and keeping food warm rather than high-heat searing.
Connection 220 to 240 V, 50 to 60 Hz, 1 kW; external dimensions 245 x 245 x 68 mm; net weight 1.7 kg, gross 2.1 kg.
