The Saro ES 901 S/S TOP 1/2 is a refrigerated counter for restaurants, commercial kitchens, snack bars and catering, combining chilled storage with a directly usable stainless steel worktop. It has 1 door with 2 drawers, 1 height-adjustable grid (333 x 530 mm) and a matching support-rail set, and holds 188 litres net, 230 litres gross. Housing, interior and worktop are stainless steel.
Cooling is static with a circulating air fan and an evaporator foamed on 3 sides, rated for ambient temperatures of 16 to 38 °C, with automatic defrost and digital temperature control (Dixell/Copeland) across +2 to +8 °C.
