Description
The Saro EL 71 is an ice cream chest freezer for restaurants, retail areas, storage facilities and communal catering operations. The insulated, foam-filled hinged lid locks, and the unit has a net capacity of 564 litres (691 litres gross) with 3 hanging mesh baskets included (up to 6 possible). The housing and interior are white powder-coated steel.
It uses static cooling with manual defrost, is rated for ambient temperatures of 16 to 30 °C, and keeps contents between -22 and -16 °C; temperature is set manually from the front. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.245 kW, refrigerant R600a; external dimensions 1805 x 695 x 865 mm, net weight 85 kg, energy efficiency class D, on four levelling feet. The EL series also comes in five other sizes, from EL 22 to EL 71, selectable above.
