Description

The Saro EF66 is a twin-basin countertop electric fryer from the 600 Line, for higher-volume frying of chips, snacks and other fried products in restaurants, snack bars and commercial kitchens. Each of the two 10 litre basins has its own cold zone, drain tap and basket, with stepless temperature control from 90 to 190 degrees C, and the heating elements tilt up for cleaning.

The AISI 304 stainless steel housing has a safety thermostat and a connectable design for joining other 600 Line units with optional bridging bars. It connects to 400 V, 50/60 Hz at 18 kW; external dimensions are 600 x 600 x 270 mm, 460 mm including the chimney, each basket measures 225 x 280 x 115 mm, and net weight is 41 kg.
