Description
The Saro EDU-10 is a lever-action dispenser that mounts on top of a standard bucket of about 10 litres, for portioning sauces, dressings or toppings in busy kitchens and buffet lines. The lever pump is stainless steel and polypropylene, and the dose is adjustable from about 25 to 40 g per stroke.
It needs no electrical connection: the 280 mm diameter lid rests on the bucket rim, giving an overall height of 265 mm, and the unit weighs 1.25 kg net (1.44 kg gross). Clean it with a mild detergent and a soft cloth rather than abrasive agents.
