Description
The Saro ECO 48 is a filter coffee machine for restaurants, hotels, breakfast areas, offices and canteens, brewing onto four 1.8 litre glass decanters for about 48 cups. Two brewing and warming plates sit at the base and two more warming plates on top, with dry-run protection, and brewing takes about 6 minutes.
Housing and basket filter holder are stainless steel. Connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, 3.34 kW; external dimensions are 405 x 410 x 453 mm, net weight 11.9 kg, gross weight 15.3 kg. The compact ECO can be selected above for smaller services.
