Description
The Saro E7/KTG2BBM is a countertop gas griddle from the 700 professional cooking line, for restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens, catering operations and front cooking. The 795 x 530 mm frying plate is half smooth and half grooved, with two separately controllable cooking zones, for frying meat, fish, vegetables, egg dishes and other products directly on the surface.
It has stainless steel splash guards on three sides, a removable grease tray, piezo ignition, a pilot flame and a flame-failure device, preset to H-gas with propane nozzles included. It runs at 100 to 270 °C on a 12 kW connection; external dimensions are 800 x 700 x 270 mm, net weight 89 kg (gross 95 kg).
