Description
The Saro E7/KTG2BAL is a gas griddle with open stand from the 700 professional cooking line, for restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens, catering operations and front cooking. The 795 x 530 mm frying plate is smooth, with two separately adjustable cooking zones, for frying meat, fish, vegetables, egg dishes and other products directly on the surface.
It has a stainless steel splash guard on three sides, a removable grease tray and space in the base for gas bottles up to 6 kg, plus piezo ignition, a pilot flame and a flame-failure device, preset to H-gas with propane nozzles included. External dimensions are 800 x 700 x 850 mm, net weight 95 kg (gross 110 kg); connection is 12 kW.
