Description
The Saro E7/KTG1BAR is a gas griddle with open stand from the 700 professional cooking line, for restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens, catering operations and front cooking. The 395 x 530 mm frying plate is grooved, for frying meat, fish, vegetables, egg dishes and other products directly on the surface.
It has a stainless steel splash guard on three sides, a removable grease collector, piezo ignition, a pilot flame and a flame-failure device, preset to H-gas with propane nozzles included. It runs at 100 to 270 °C on a 6 kW connection; external dimensions are 400 x 700 x 850 mm, net weight 49 kg (gross 65 kg).
