Description
The Saro E7/KTE2BBR is a countertop electric griddle from the 700 professional cooking line, for restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens, catering operations and front cooking. The 795 x 530 mm frying plate is grooved, with two separately controllable cooking zones, for frying meat, fish, vegetables, egg dishes and other products directly on the surface.
It has stainless steel splash guards on three sides, a removable grease tray and a safety thermostat. It runs at 100 to 270 °C on a 400 V / 50-60 Hz, 10.8 kW connection; external dimensions are 800 x 700 x 270 mm, net weight 84 kg (gross 93 kg).
