Description

The Saro E7/KTE1BAR is an electric griddle on an open stand for restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens, catering and front cooking, for frying meat, fish, vegetables, egg dishes and similar products directly on the plate. It has a grooved frying plate measuring 395 x 530 mm, with a stainless steel splash guard on three sides and a removable drip tray.

It has a safety thermostat and is rated for 100 to 240 °C. Connection 400 V, 50-60 Hz, 5.4 kW; external dimensions 400 x 700 x 850 mm, net weight 51 kg, gross weight 65 kg.
