Description
The Saro E4F6 is a freestanding electric range from the 600 Line, for restaurants, commercial kitchens and catering operations that prefer cast iron hotplates over open gas burners. It has four cooking zones, two of 145 mm at 1.5 kW each and two of 220 mm at 2.6 kW each, over a 2.5 kW fan-assisted electric oven with a 1.8 kW grill function, and comes with a chrome rack and an enamelled baking tray.
The body is AISI 304 stainless steel with cast iron cooking plates, overheat protection and height-adjustable feet. It connects to 400 V, 50/60 Hz, 3-phase at 12.5 kW; the oven interior measures 460 x 420 x 320 mm, external dimensions are 600 x 600 x 850 mm, 1020 mm including the chimney, and net weight is 57 kg. Bridging bars for joining it to other 600 Line appliances are available separately.
