Description
The Saro CV 350 PV 2T is a two-zone wine climate cabinet for temperature-controlled storage and clear presentation of wine bottles in restaurants, hotels, bars and wine retail. Seven adjustable wooden grids (453 x 543 mm) plus a floor grid (490 x 390 mm) hold about 127 standard bottles behind a lockable glass door, with LED lighting and a climate class 4 rating. Zone 1 runs +5 to +12 °C and zone 2 +12 to +20 °C.
Cooling is forced-air with automatic defrosting; the refrigerant is R600a. The black plastic-coated steel housing measures 600 x 700 x 1500 mm externally, holds 334 litres gross and 225 litres net, and weighs 98 kg net / 108 kg gross. Connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.25 kW; energy efficiency class B.
