Description
The Saro CF-5 12x12 is a manual lever-operated chip cutter for restaurants, takeaway outlets, canteens and professional kitchens, fitted with a 12 mm x 12 mm potato cutting grid for a clean, uniform cut without breaks or waste. The longer lever keeps the cutting force low, and the rear-mounted springs leave the grid fully accessible; flexible expansion joints lift the ejector press back up after each cut.
Suction pads under the base fix the cutter securely to its stand, and the stainless steel construction is easy to clean. It is not an electrical appliance; external dimensions are 280 x 512 x 735 mm and it weighs 3.9 kg net. A GN container is not included.
