Description
The Saro C 54 W is a water-cooled ice cube maker for restaurants, bars, hotels, cafés and event areas: about 54 kg in 24 hours (at 10 °C ambient and 10 °C water) of compact, transparent full ice cones, roughly 20 g each, 36 per cycle, with stepless cone-size regulation and a 22 kg storage tank. It is programmable from a touch control panel, with a disinfection cycle and easy interior access for cleaning, and can be monitored from a smartphone with the Saro MyICE app, including acoustic and visual alarms and predictive fault analysis.
A USB port allows software updates and HACCP data or alarm-report downloads. Housing is stainless steel with a black plastic flap; hoses for the 3/4 inch mains water connection and Ø20 mm drain are included, for ambient temperatures of 10 to 40 °C, water temperatures of 5 to 35 °C and 1 to 5 bar water pressure. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.44 kW, refrigerant R290; external dimensions 500 x 580 x 800 mm on 4 levelling feet, net weight 42 kg. The range also includes the C 28 and C 38, each available air- or water-cooled.
