Description

The Saro BENNET is a countertop warming display case for self-service counters in restaurants, bakeries and cafés, holding 168 litres gross (125 litres net) behind tempered glass with digital temperature control from +30 to +80 °C. Two front drawer compartments let customers or staff remove products directly, while a two-part sliding door at the rear is used for restocking.

Interior lighting uses two independently switchable 4.8 W LED units. The housing combines stainless steel, tempered glass, ABS and PVC, and runs on 230 V, 50 Hz, 1.25 kW; external dimensions are 734 x 665 x 798 mm, internal dimensions 607 x 490 x 450 mm, and net weight is 63.5 kg (75 kg gross).
