Description
The Saro B 800 BT is a ventilated bakery freezer from the B 800 series, built for bakeries, patisseries, bake shops, commercial kitchens and production areas. Stainless steel inside and out, it has one self-closing, lockable door, interior lighting and a heated door frame to reduce condensation, with ten runners for trays of 600 x 800 mm or 2 x 600 x 400 mm; trays are not included. Gross capacity is 852 L, net 534 L, within a temperature range of -18 to -22 °C.
It runs on forced-air cooling with automatic defrost and Dixell/Copeland digital control, rated to climate class 5, on a 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.675 kW connection with R290 refrigerant. External dimensions are 740 x 990 x 2010 mm, internal 624 x 861.5 x 1410 mm, insulation 65 mm, net weight 160 kg and gross weight 170 kg.
