Description
The Saro AS010 is a 10 mm aluminium slicing disc for the Saro CARUS and TITUS vegetable cutters, part of Saro's accessory range of grating, slicing, julienne, dicing and French-fry discs for professional preparation kitchens. It slices vegetables, nuts, chocolate, cheese or tomatoes to a 10 mm cut when fitted to the machine's disc mount.
The disc body is aluminium with a metal slicing blade, food-safe and designed only for the CARUS and TITUS machines. Net weight 0.4 kg (0.7 kg packed). Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent only; abrasive cleaners are not suitable. The Saro SST rack (sold separately) stores up to eight discs together.
