Description
The Saro ANITA is a twin-zone countertop induction hob for heavier professional use, taking pots up to 300 mm in diameter. Zone one runs up to 3.5 kW with 10 heating levels and zone two up to 5 kW with 11 levels, each controlled by its own toggle. Overheating protection is built in, and the cooking surface is 4 mm glass.
Connection 400 V, three-phase, 50 to 60 Hz, 7 kW combined; external dimensions 407 x 701 x 143 mm; net weight 16.3 kg, gross 19.5 kg.
