Description

The Saro 4853 is a disposable test strip for checking frying oil quality in restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens and food-processing facilities. Dipped into cold oil, it measures the free fatty acid content within two minutes, read off against a colorimetric comparison scale over a 0 to 5.0 mg/g range.

Each strip measures 41 x 108 x 41 mm and a box holds 50 strips, packaged in 490 x 260 x 240 mm packaging; net weight per box is 0.06 kg. The Saro 4857.5 digital oil tester can be selected above as a reusable alternative.
