Description
The Saro 4740 is an electronic timer for tracking preparation, cooking and resting times in restaurants, commercial kitchens, bakeries and food-processing facilities. It counts up to 24 hours in hours, minutes and seconds, also works as a stopwatch, and signals the end of the set time with a loud tone on a large display.
A magnetic back lets it be mounted on suitable metal surfaces. It runs on one CR2032 battery, not included. External dimensions are W92 x D43 x H15 mm and it weighs 0.042 kg net (0.05 kg gross).
