Dial insertion thermometer for checking meat core temperature
Description
The Saro 4710 is a dial insertion thermometer for checking the core temperature of meat in restaurants, commercial kitchens, bakeries and food-processing facilities. The probe is pushed into the meat and reads from 0 to 120 °C in 1 °C steps, with an accuracy of ±2 °C.
The housing is stainless steel and the thermometer needs no power or battery. External dimensions are W150 x D50 x H50 mm and it weighs 0.031 kg net (0.046 kg gross).
