The Saro 1091.5 is an analogue dial thermometer for checking the ambient temperature in fridges and freezers in restaurants, commercial kitchens, bakeries and food-processing facilities. It hangs inside the appliance, reads from -50 to +50 °C in 1 °C steps, and holds an accuracy of ±1 °C.
The housing is plastic and the thermometer needs no power or battery. It weighs 0.031 kg net (0.042 kg gross).
